This place has REALLY gone down hill recently. Higher prices and worse products. The customer service is a hit or miss, the miss usually being the management and security. You must also ALWAYS argue over your price, even when you order online.
I WILL NOT be back!! I purchased 3 items last night and all 3 outside seals were broken when I got home. And I called right away. They said to bring it back in today and they would help me out with the situation. I drove 20 minutes for them just to tell me there’s nothing they were willing to do. I wouldn’t have wasted the gas money plus the money already wasted on the products that we don’t feel sage using with the outside seals being broken.
Truly first time visiting ANY Apothecarium. Terrible first experience. I had only visited this shop’s location, previously keystone, years ago and never returned because they never had any compassion discounts like other medical shops. I was excited to try a new store. The second I walked up there was an employee smoking a cigarette who audibly complained/cursed when I walked up and then informed me that because I had visited the location when it was a DIFFERENT BUSINESS, they would not consider me a first time shopper and give me no discount. There was a reason I never returned to the previous shop before it was “renamed” but it’s the same reason I’ll never return to this NEW establishment again!!! I find it hard to believe there is a policy against honoring new patient discounts, but it’s even harder to believe it would be coupled with such a poor attitude in a “medical” environment. Sorry the retail associate was too bothered by having to leave his smoke break early than actually help someone afford medicine. Clearly unprofessional & all about business and not about compassion whatsoever. It’s a no from me.
Wish there was a choice for zero stars. This place is right up the street from where I live so I have TRIED to give them so many(probably too many) chances. Issues from receiving the wrong medicine, and being given excuses by staff and management that things are often being MISLABELED(what? mislabeled medicine? yikes…) to being told that they straight up do not have my online order in their system even though I received e-mail AND text message notification and showed staff, to flat out not having what I ordered off of their own menu(had to hold up the line while I search for a replacement on my phone in line because they don’t have menu boards and did not offer any way of looking at a potential replacement) to getting home to unsealed or incorrect medicine(they gave me a cartridge instead of the concentrate I ordered). There are a couple other dispensaries in town….save yourself time, money, and a huge headache and make the drive to one of the others because this place IS NOT IT! Hopefully they get bought out again and someone else can get this place together…
The employees here are so kind and caring but the “deals” give me no incentive to shop here.
