Did online order 1st time here ppl were nice attentive, but like to give discounts so you pay more. For some of us, this isnt cheap. My order was placed on line should have been 107 but hey oh error on the system didn’t give you all discounts, so it’s actually 121. Make it make sense. Stop trying to cheat us with sneaky ddiscounts.never had this problem at ethos they actually give you what is comes out to.
My mom bought a cartridge here that came defected as soon as she opened it in their parking lot (top was bent and coming off) only thing they could do was “test it” which depleted some of the wax in the cart by a good amount and said that if it doesn’t work to bring it back in a couple days over a product they forgot to double check

old guy at the desk is super ornery and doesn’t even acknowledge you, just lets you in the back. told him to have a great day and he just turned his nose up lol, products are alright, prices are below average. Worth the extra 15 minutes to take 22 to truelieve in whitehall.
