This dispensary is the best I’ve been to since moving here from the west coast. The place is beautiful, professional and inviting. But hands down the people there are amazing. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They all deserve kudos or a raise… been to other dispensaries in the area and they don’t compare!
The Lancaster apothecary is the best place around. The staff are always helpful and welcoming. I have had the pleasure of working with one staff member directly, Resha, who has gone above and beyond for me. She always helps me find what I need and works well with other staff in asking other thoughts and opinions. The staff is always happy and that is a relaxing feeling in itself! Thank you Resha for helping me stay mentally on track, and for doing an exceptional job working with my issues to get me back on track!
Been going to this store for years. Staff is amazing. The store is beautiful. But what is going on! The flower for months has been so dry and brittle. It’s starting to become a disappointment with the product. You guys as staff are picture perfect. But you guys are pushing old shelf life products that doesn’t live up to its expectations for the last 6 months.
This was my first ever shopping experience at a dispensary. Staff at the front desk as well as the sales people made my experience easy, stress free and over all very enjoyable. Thank you so very much for that!
