I previously left a one star review because of a negative experience. However, due to the attentiveness, attention to detail, product knowledge and customer service of Gino; as well as an increase in the frequency of the deals, it was the experience that I’ve come to expect and will change my review. 5 stars
I was assisted by Janyah this evening and she is a real sweetheart – she greeted me kindly and is very knowledgeable on the products. I showed her an image from their website of what I wanted and she knew the product immediately. She even recommended something stronger which I’ll definitely try one day. Everyone that I’ve worked with so far at this location has been very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend checking them out! And please make sure Janyah gets her ‘flowers’ 🙂
The worst dispensary I’ve ever been inside of. First off the people at the front desk are the least joyous personality filled people I have ever met in a cannabis store. A true representation of corporate cannabis. As soon as I walked in I felt like I did not belong there. I attempted to purchase a clearly stated medical product, instead I payed got my product then after paying for everything and about to walk out the door I was told the employee did it wrong. He somehow forgot I was a medical patient and had to restart the entire process. He proceeded to go back and forth with a co worker saying I was okay and then I wasn’t okay. Apparently the website will tell you certain products are medical that in reality are not. I was then not able to purchase said product and Twenty minutes if not more of my time was wasted with little acknowledgement or care for the problem they caused. 1/10 don’t shop here
Feels like an inconvenience to the staff for me to be in there. I am new to the location so I had questions about product, every question was answered with absolute disdain.. he could not get rid of me sooner. If this wasnt the only dispensary near me, I would go somewhere else.. maybe it was a bad day for him but jeez.. i left feeling like I had just ruined someones day..I miss Seattle already.
