Wonderful helpful staff. The store itself is pleasant and comfortable. I am extremely impressed. I only wish Kindtree tincture would be available again. It was my go to. I now use so for sleep it works well just a bit more expensive than the tincture. Always a great shopping experience.
I have to update my review to let people know that the pricing has gotten so good I spend a third of what I used to. Currently you can get a variety of different strains of small bud flower with 30% THCA for $125.00/oz. Ground flower for $80/oz Concentrates with 80% or more THC for $23.00/gm. They also have premium flower for a premium price.. My favorites are by Garcia Hand Picked®
Great prices.great service.one thing did bother me was the tip jar.why should you tip someone who is only putting your order in a bag and taking your money..on the west coast they give you samples to try.even when I go to nyc -they don’t expect a tip

only complaint is their return policy is subject to if they want to.
As you can see they state the product has to be defective.
I brought back a vape that wasn’t working, they told me it has to be sealed in its original packaging and one week of sale. If it can’t be open How would you know it’s defective?
Another time after I picked up my online order i saw other deals I would have preferred. I asked if I could exchange the items. They said no.
Everything was sealed. Receipt in the bag I had just bought. He told me no unfortunately it has to be deemed defective by one of them for a return or exchange.
This used to be the only place I would shop. I literally WILL NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE EVER AGAIN! The staff is increasingly rude, especially the new employees. I’ve been shopping there prior to the name change (for years) and it’s steadily declined. My last interaction was with a new employee I’ve never even seen before decided to literally YELL at me for suggesting a product to another customer. I’ve heard patients many times give recommendations and no one yelled at them! Not to mention, there’s a way to speak to people who keep your store running and keep buying and buying. That employee shouldn’t work with people, animals, or even plants. Nothing alive. In the spirit of the holiday I’m not gonna name drop on this employee but yeah. I hope this business has fun with her cause I gaurentee you I’m not the only customer who won’t be coming back!
