It is incomprehensible that a sale was advertised for a product that was unavailable during the three-day promotional period. This misrepresentation of product availability is unacceptable. Given that the sale was planned, adequate inventory should have been secured to fulfill customer demand. The fact that only one strain was available during the 30% Timeless sale, and it sold out on the first day, resulting in zero Timeless products in stock, is illogical. Is this a deliberate attempt to avoid honoring the sale. How 😞 disappointing!!!!
First time coming here since vapes aren’t being sold in the city anymore at head shops. Good experience, and I believe the prices reflect in the quality and also the atmosphere. Kind employees, I wasn’t ignored or neglected.
Been coming here for a long time and never had any issues. Ordered today on their website and it had a 20% off coupon for the items I wanted. When I got to the store, the budtender (who was very nice no problems with them) explained it didn’t actually apply to that product and I was charged full price.
I get it, but if it shows the discount on your website AND on the order pickup receipt, you should honor it, that’s basic stuff.
Since our state has become recreational the service has gotten way better. The parking is still an issue but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Ethan was a big help. The prices are fair for what you get but I wish they had a better reward program. Overall give them a try.
After Harvest sold out to Trulieve, this has been my go to dispensary. These folks are so kind and knowledgeable. The customer service and prices keep me coming back.
On top of that, this place is aesthetically super rad. It feels like walking in to a plant store, which is *chef’s kiss*.
