After pursuing cannabis for mental health reasons, I initially had some poor experiences, which left me skeptical. A friend referred
me to this location, and it quickly had a positive impact on my cannabis experience(s).
I really enjoy the cozy and fun atmosphere the store provides, and the staff does a good job at making you feel welcome into this space. After coming back a few times, I found myself more and more impressed with the moustachio’d fellow with the long hair. He talks to everyone like an old friend, and it immediately makes me feel more free to ask questions I might feel embarassed to elsewise. He always provides well thought out, genuine suggestions, has a vast assortment of knowledge, and I feel like he’s very honest with his opinions and guidance. I believe he is the manager, and he really does a great job as far as I can tell. He takes his time to talk to each individual as if he really wants to solve whatever problem they may have, and takes the time to lead them in the right direction, even when it’s busy, without sacrificing efficiency, and thoroughness. Stopping by feels less like a chore, and more like a brief stop with some friendly folks, and I have really come to enjoy this exchange.
This has helped me not only figure out what cannabis helps with me and my personal issues, but has even begun helping me with social interactions in a public environment, and I am extremely grateful of the staff.
I called in today to get recommendations and prices for Cannabis that they have. They were the 4th or 5th store I’ve called. I was told by the perosm I was speaking to on the phone that he cant provide me with prices because they can’t verify my ID over the phone and there’s no way for them to prove I’m of legal age. I have never heard such non sense in my life. My reply was “that makes absolutely no sense what you’re saying and that’s not a law. Have a good day. The owners/need to better educate their staff on laws pertaining to their stores and operations. I’m glad they saved me the hassle of driving there to support their business.
Staff were there to take questions, but couldn’t answer them lol. Simple things like, “how much do those pre-rolls weigh”? There’s also a sign out front that says 20% off, but what it really means is 20% more, unless you hand over your contact information.
I had better customer service in a park behind the mall in 1999.
Most affordable prices I’ve seen in any dispensary. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Really enjoy the music that plays at the Woodlawn road location, I often ask for the stream that’s playing. There’s honestly no reason to ever go to anywhere else 🙂
This is my go to store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Product selection is always great and the prices are the best around. Also the website works really well!
