Tonight was my first time, and I’m a very happy customer! First off the place is beautiful! Very spacious, organized and clean. They check-in person was cool and I got a complimentary pink starburst 😋
They use a an electronic system to determine which products you’ll like based on what you tell them. I really enjoyed the bud tender who helped me with what to purchase, he was nice, upbeat and grounded… (which I greatly appreciate, bc I have severe social anxiety.)
I love the products I chose! The Holy Water-Live Resin-Pre-Roll is so good! I also got Space Gems, Happy Fruit-Indica Gummies, and a free 100mg WHOA Hybrid gummy (bc I spent over $50.)
The bud tender who checked me out was really awesome, too. She talked to me like we were old friends, and seemed to really enjoy her job.
Rigs, my man! Always caring about my med needs with a complete knowledge of products, and a his great attitude to set me on my way.
Excellent Customer Service at check-in from front desk Receptionist, I should’ve asked his name. I was also greeted walking through the doors from everyone. I believe a Lady by the name of Kay or May, she was super sweet and very helpful, confirmed what I was looking for, and Liz also provided Excellent service, as a matter of fact everyone there spoke with a big smile, overall experience…great, from now on this will be my go to!!!
I was so impressed by the way I was treated! I am disabled and getting out of the car to retrieve my walker and then walk through the store to get the one item I needed seemed impossible! I called and explained to the young women what I needed and everything was handled in a friendly and respectful manner. Whenever you need assistance hope that Dulcinea is the person who answers the phone! Your day will never be as beautiful as it is after having met her!
Lovely atmosphere. Everything is displayed like a museum, to the lighting. The windows are probably the coolest thing. Checked out twice because I had missed what I came for, and was lucky enough to get Mars each time. Lovely person, very attentive and just such a warm person even though I only interacted with him during check out.
