Amazing customer service!! Simone pleasantly surprised me with how helpful she was and how upbeat too! She remembered me despite the fact I’d only been there once before, and made me feel very valued as a customer. If getting good quality stuff for cheap with awesome customer service is your deal, definitely come here. 🙂
Had a great experience at Crown Leaf. Simone served me and she was very friendly, kind and helpful… She was super informative about the offerings and made choosing products a breeze. Plus, her vibes was super chill, making the whole experience enjoyable. I will be returning! 10/10 recommend.
TERRIBLE. Placed my order online, received a text confirmation stating my order was ready for pickup, just drove all the way to THIS location in a literal snowstorm to pick up my order, just for them to tell me they sold out of what I ordered. I ordered 14g flower. Since they sold out of that pack size, I asked them to just give me the same product in the pack size they have in stock currently (3.5g x 4 = 14g) & to honour the 14g price. They refused to honour the 14g price (which is what I ordered & was promised by text confirmation) & wanted me to pay approximately $15 more for THEIR MISTAKE… he tried pretending to do me a favour by offering me a “15 % discount” but then claimed he could not apply that to the online prices since there was already a 10% discount on all products on the website. What a waste of time and terrible customer service! Do not go here
Came in earlier tonight and was served by Simone… she was really great from the beginning and knew what I wanted, and even hooked me up with a good deal. Will definitely be back!
