Overall a great experience! Staff is knowledgable about the products. A lot of great discounts and products. Nice and open area. Besides the topical products, they got t-shirts, smoking tools, and decor.
Prices high and they rope you in with these coupons they send over and over again just for you to get there and the coupons are only for certain things etc which were pretty much items like “accessories” whatever those are. Products not bad but very very misleading on sales. Won’t be returning. Plenty of better options that don’t manipulate or use false advertising

First off let me just say the customer service was great and that why there is only one star. Now the products are trash. I spent over &150 for some pens and some flower. The pens were trash. they tasted terrible and gives you a migraine headache. You don’t feel anything. Also it was malfunctioning. The flower was terrible. I bought top tier and it was more like Reginald Mildred if you know what I mean. Bottom shelf back yard. Absolutely no effects. It tasted terrible almost like smoking a stinky cigarette. I am just very very very disappointed. I expected more as I was told by several people it was the spot to shop. Also the reviews made it seem like it as well. I wasted my money. This store is not for Real Genuine Flower people. It’s a joke. Maybe I picked the wrong products but still terrible.
Excellent Customer service. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Didn’t try to upsell me. Would definitely recommend!
