I’ve been coming here regularly for over two years now. I’ve seen it expand, change owners, and I’ve met basically every staff member that’s worked here for the last two+ years. Some staff members barely give you the time of day, but some are exceptionally friendly. If you ever have questions regarding the products, ask for Ben, Carter, or Austin. By far the most friendly and helpful staff members, they’re always willing to help and answer questions I didn’t even know I had. Plus the loyalty deals this plays offers is great. Easily my favorite shop.
Ben has great enthusiasm, knowledge, and excellent customer service. His help is always appreciated and the reason I bought at the store versus online. We will return like we always do.
The people are great. Ben is especially professional and knowledgeable. I forget the others names. Have had some issues with upper management, specifically an elderly woman being rude and not knowing what she is talking about but overall good spot
I love this place. Not only is it a perfect place for inventory but they have the best employees there I’d like to give a special thanks to Ben, Austin, Carter and Charlie for making every trip there worth going keep up the amazing work you guys!!!!!!!
Me and my boyfriend love this place. Ben, Carter, Angel, and Draven are my absolute favorite people and they make the experience so much better! I look forward to coming in to see them and they really know how to help you with what you need! Although this place is wonderful, look out for an old woman with white hair. If anyone is terrible here it would be her… I’ve walked in on her screaming at Ben and it made the experience the worst.
