Don’t go here! I was overcharged when I used Dutchie and ordered online. I purchased some flower that was listed for a discounted price on their website using Dutchie to pay via my bank account and they didn’t honor the discount and overcharged me by $38. They lied to me when I returned to the store by telling me that they issued a refund for the amount and that if I have any questions to contact Dutchie support, which I did. I was informed by their team that they do not issue refunds and that they would be issued in cash or as store credit by the dispensary. The prices for good flower that wasn’t harvested 6 months ago is ABSURDLY overpriced in the state of Arizona. Such a bummer 😔
Very nice place. In and out in 15 minutes, cash only place, but they had ATM’s to use and my bank charged a $2 fee. I was going to use my debit card, I didn’t know. Wide selection to choose from, I don’t like smoking, so edibles were my choice. They had a thing going right now, buy one get another at 50% off! Great deal, so it was worth my trip!
Nice place, clean as well. All I can say about it is that, parking can get nuts! 😉🕊️

I would have given higher, but there seems to be no resolve for this issue. Their house brand vapes (2g), apparently u r just supposed to KNOW u have to press the button 5 TIMES just to turn the damn thing on, AND there’s temp settings. I can NOT sleep without weed, so some instructions would have been nice. And then to go in FOR THE SECOND TIME to return it, and all it get is “oh. It works. I just pushed the button a bunch of times”. Thx 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Update: their “house” pens r trash. The replacement has been used for about a week and it’s already having issues. Fully charged, keeps shutting off, keeps “clogging” so I can’t suck anything out. I’ll never get them again. I can understand shit happens, but 2 in a row, no instructions, nothing to explain how to use it is too many issues. Good job guys!
And because it’s been 7 days (exactly since I returned the last one) NOTHING THEY CAN DO! 2 bad devices from their house brand, trying to tell me it’s all “standard”, which I have NEVER experienced. Don’t waste ur time or money. There r better places.
Who would have ever thought that the day would come that buying some THC products is as easy as buying a loaf of bread? Back in the 80s, I couldn’t have guessed that would happen! I love The Flower Shop. Each time I have been here, I have found what I was looking for, and have had great service.
In case you don’t know the routine, they scan your ID when you first come in. Then you get in one of two lines, one if you have placed an order to pick up, and the other if you have not placed an order and you need to go into the sales area. You get one-on-one service. You are assigned to an employee who will educate you if you need help, and if you already know what you need, they’ll get it for you. The people who work here are super knowledgeable and can answer your questions about what strain you want, how much you need, etc. It is a very pleasant buying experience.
Remember: CASH ONLY! (They do have an ATM on site.)
The Flower Shop has a great variety of products, and they also have sales! Be sure to check their website and look for their sales before you go!

There was a guy there that said he was a manager I think he said his name was Alfredo, he was extremely rude and refused to help me because I was taking forever and told me word for word “you’re wasting my time, HURRY UP!” I said sorry I’m new here. When I was finally ready to tell him what I wanted he said he wouldn’t help me and when I asked for a manager he said you’re talking to him. He then told me to leave the store or I’ll be trespassed
