I love it here. Their flower is pricey but worth it — I don’t need to use as much to get pain relief. The vibes in the store are great and every employee I’ve interacted with here has been great.
I would shop here more often if (1) the bags were easier to open. Joint problems combined with your bags does not make for a fun night. It’s also a little crazy to find a $50 eighth in a bag instead of a jar. (2) if the website was better. I wish the website had the same look as the tablets in the store, or at least that they matched. I like placing online orders but this is the only store where I can’t do that because I get too confused. (3) If your products listed that they are indica/hybrid/sativa on the packaging. It’s listed on the tablet in store, but not there when you get home. I have to google strains and label my bags with the effects lol.
Still a great store with great products, but I frequently shop elsewhere when I don’t have the energy to jump through the hoops to find relief here.
The BEST vibe of Dispensaries I’ve been into, good people and good products. It is the most expensive flower I’ve seen but great strains, still prefer to pay less than more for pretty bags. I did not like the fact I could not use my first-time discount later. The template they use for ordering products hurt my head. I wanted to smoke, I didn’t want to do homework. They did not have COAs available but could look them up and I have anxiety so I am not trying to ask for that info on 20 different products. Y’all can do better!
First and last time going to this place. Went to this establishment at 1 PM to get my Friday started off right. I wanted to see what this new place was like and products offered. Employees at the front desk were not very welcoming. I reviewed the menu and couldn’t make a decision so I grabbed a card from the front desk to finish looking at the menu in the parking lot. The security guard with gold army rank insignia of E-7 Sergeant First Class came out and approached my vehicle saying I was “loitering” when I was reading the QR menu. I respectfully left and I will not be returning to this establishment.
Emily was a sweetheart, definitely took care of me and got everything situated. No one touches flowery with customer service and bud quality. Very much appreciated
The Flowery carries the best product in the Florida medical market, only things comparable are Connected/Alien Labs from Trulieve. Although Flowery has some of the best of the best in terms of national brands (710 Labs, Wizard Trees), don’t sleep on their in-house brands either. Super Boof and Grease Monkey are favorites, and even their cheaper strains/cuts are incredible. Mr. E Pupil is a great example, $35/8th for some incredible old school fire.
Customer service has been a breeze to work with as well. Never had a bad experience.
All in all, don’t let any naysayers online dissuade you from trying out the Flowery. I want to be clear in that value is not their main competitive advantage (although they do offer some great value here and there). Their edge is in their connoisseur level offerings – and they absolutely crush that route.
