Unbelievable experience deserves a WARNING ⚠️ to others
My wife has medical license and tried a preroll 1 gram and it wasn’t rolled properly. She brought it back to show the staff and get a replacement.
They ushered her outside and said “they” don’t like our business so we can’t talk about it inside because we’re under a microscope.
Proceeded to educate my 56 year old spouse on how to light it correctly.
Not only did they NOT simply REPLACE the defective merchandise (pasta noodle) for a filter? They told her to call customer service.
To have customer svc call the store and confirm she (employee) saw it.
Sketchy is an understatement!
This place gets a FAIL
DRIVE elsewhere. Still can’t wrap my head around what just happened.
Name any business that takes customer outside to converse about a $15 return ?

Great staff, knowledgeable people… everyone greeted me or spoke when passing by or interacting with customers. never have a bad experience or hassle here… products are great and always fresh. Their different styles of prerolls are amazing they have the perfect fit for the occasion.. stock seems to always be plenty, unlike other places where the website says they have it then you get there and it’s sold out. Even the security team is pleasant and inviting, not just menacing glares from the corner… 10/10 recommend you check them out..
I am a traveling trainer for another cannabis dispensary so I have been to various locations of The Flowery all over the state of Florida. I absolutely love the products. Most stores I visit feel very transactional and sometimes I am met with almost annoyance as if the overall culture is not about serving and connecting with the patients. However, this location was the complete opposite. It felt very welcoming from the moment I step through the door – everyone was friendly and talkative and I felt as if I was a truly a guest, not just another number, in their location. They are doing it right at this location. I highly recommend. And I will be back!
