I’ve purchased from here multiple times. Bud quality is great. Edible selection is decent. Bud tenders are overall great. The reason for the 2 stars is there is there is a male employee with a neck tattoo and earring in there that be yelling at folks to back up from the line when everyone is clearly behind the sign. He yells at customers saying it’s “too full” well maybe have some folks wait in the lobby. Being yelled at when I’m spending a decent amount of money there is not a great experience.
Used to love this place. Until they took 9 months to fix their rewards program only to re-open it by taking away more than 200$ of rewards I had while it was down, and uodating my reward point balance at 0. Great way to lose loyal customers!
Love the shop. I live in the area and tried to come in before the major snow storm. I picked up my online order pretty quick, but there was only 2 ppl working. I believe it was the mgr and another associate. They took care of all of us with a smile. Grateful for them.
Treated terribly as a first customer. I tried to stop in just to grab a J, but when I asked if I needed the check in, the receptionist rudely says “What?!” and frowned as if he was annoyed. I quickly exited. Do not spend your money where you are not greeted or respected. I’ll never!
I really like this dispensary!! Usually the staff is very friendly. They usually say hello and goodbye which is kind. They have a cute little waiting area with chairs if they’re busy. Also they have pre rolls and other product sales every week !! 💚🌳✨
