Went in with a defective product, they made me try it over and over until it worked for one second and immediately stopped working right after when I tried it again:/ It was just money thrown down the drain as the things I had to do to make it work were not sustainable or effective long term. I felt like the employee was looking at me like I had three heads even after saying this happens a lot.
I think there are places who would actually take a deep look at the product and inspect it, not just blow on it and hand it back??
Cool place and cool people working there….. I’d give 6 stars if you moved the popcorn machine somewhere else. Lol, I always see it on the way in and think to grab some, but then it’s hidden by the door on the way out and I never see it to remember.
I stopped here with a few of my friends who all have medical cards and this was all of our first time in this store.
The positive: The place was nice. The check in process was easy, where I was told I would receive a 20% discount as a first time patient. I was very excited for that, thinking I’ll buy the pricier stuff since it’ll be discounted. They have a good selection.
The Negative: I asked the bud tender if could look at the menu which was turned facing him, but he didn’t turn it around for me to see it, so I scooted down to the next checkout station to look at the tablet that was facing towards me. I thought it was a bit odd that I had to do that. After it was all said and done, I did NOT receive the first time customer discount! 🙁
There is no need to come back to this store since there are plenty to choose from that honor said discounts.
Love this dispensary. Everyone’s really nice. They always have a lot of stock in… And if they don’t have something in it, they usually know when they’re gonna have it in and they let you know. The pharmacist is great. The store is always clean. The only thing I have a complaint about and why I gave it four stars is because they have a point system there and every hundred dollars you spend you get points and those points go towards your purchase to get money off… Well, they’re not cumulative. Most stores if you have a point system, it doesn’t matter if you spend your points, whatever you bought still goes towards the points… But if you use your points on your purchase, then you’re not gonna get those points that you just bought… so if I have $200 worth of product and I want to use my $20 off that $180 doesn’t go towards my points… So that is my only complaint. If they could change that it would be perfect!
