The bud isn’t bad it just isn’t consistent. Their batteries, vapes, and carts are very poor. I have bought multiple batteries and carts from them only to have them quit on me 1-3 weeks later or not work at all. Sometimes they are cool with exchanges but other times, it’s like getting blood from a stone. Used to be the only dispo I would visit as I love the staff. With the recent string of disappointments, i will likely have to find a different one. Sorry guys….
It was my first time going today and he gave me a great deal! I got two vapes for $64 and he took 10% off both vapes! The goldrop liquid diamonds vapes are so good, I am a high tolerance user and it got me super high! I’d take a 5 hour nap and not wake up through it.
Really friendly and knowledgeable staff! Never had any problems or issues, selection and stock stays consistent but varies up enough to keep things interesting – The whole place has a wonderfully positive vibe – and right next to a Sonics, and a bakery right next to it, it’s an all-in-one place.
First place I ever went to when I got my OMMA card, and I’ve seen them grow from the start to the two-buildings wide area they just expanded into last year to – which helps them have a larger and more varied supply of products, and edibles which is great if you have food allergies like Celiac and have to be picky for your health
And the amount of free shirts they keep giving away — It is nice to have free lounging around the house wear – This place and their products helped me through a really rough period of my life and I’ll never forget them for it.
I purchased 2 of the gold drop disposable vape cartridges. One of them was not working properly, so I immediately notified the facility which the bud tender waldo informed me to take it home and try to charge it overnight if it did not work properly to bring it back the following day and they would be able to exchange it. I did as I was instructed and it still did not work. So I came back to the facility and spoke to the other budtender that was currently on duty. She said that she could not exchange it that I would have to speak to Carrie, which was only available from 10 am to 3pm. I tried multiple times to get in contact with the manager with no luck. When I came back to purchase another vape while I was waiting on the resolution to the problem. I was told by the Bud Tender That she fixed it and was trying it multiple times and consuming the product and it worked properly now, so I was able to pick up that vape. Which one, it is against the law to consume Cannabis on dispensary premises, much less consume cannabis that has been sold to a prior patient. So I informed them that I was not willing to take the vape cartridge that the buttender already was consuming and had in their mouth. I was told everything was okay that they sterilized it with rubbing alcohol, so everything should be fine and that was my only option.Otherwise I would need to speak to carrie the manager. It has now been almost two weeks. Carrie has avoided me at all costs and will not return any of my calls. Now the current buttender is informing me. That Carrie told her to let me know that I could have 25% off my next purchase. And I can have the disposable vape cartridge that their employee illegally consumed, and that was my only option. Once I explained to the bud tender, the multiple laws that have been broken.They were unable to communicate with me any further and felt it appropriate to hang the phone up in my face. Please let me know how we could have handled this situation differently.Or resolved the issue in a more peaceful and respectable manner. I absolutely love The Gas Station! The Tenders are always so friendly and helpful! They have what I’m looking for and if they don’t, they tell me when they will have it or suggest a similar product. Evoke vape is my favorite! The edibles are also the bomb!
