I found what I thought might be a might in my flower and took a picture and sent it to the owner and boy, this guy tried to make every excuse in the book of why having what looks like a bug on my flower was not his fault nor his vendor and was very adamant on how everything is 100% perfect from planting the seed to packaging it up. I understand in this industry you can’t do everything by yourself and the way he tried to justify and put the problem as my fault was so unprofessional that it’s concerning. He thought offering free flower would solve the issue. He also wanted to have a conversation but when it came down to having a conversation at 9:00 in the morning he said he was in a meeting all day so I waited a few days after for him to contact me and nothing ever happened. So here we are putting this post online for him and everyone to see to understand that bugs and someone’s flower is not a good thing. I thought it was a mite, owner said it wasn’t but overlook the fact that whatever it was it never belongs on flower for consumption never ever ever
I’m about to post all the pictures I took on Facebook and going to make this issue a priority and I’m going to make sure that everyone that I can inform about this understands why that is so freaking dangerous for our health.
Message to the owner, this is not a hustle and when people complain to you it’s not a personal thing and you shouldn’t get offended and butt hurt to the point where your feelings are stronger than actually conducting business. That customer service is the number one thing, this is not the black market you’re dealing with people that actually care about our health and what we consume. So understand you’re not on the streets. Streets no more homie you in the limelight so step up…
Understand that as you escalate your bank account, you need to escalate your mind as well because your hustling skills will never supersede customer service and people like me will call you out every goddamn day.
