Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The gentleman working there this afternoon was extremely unprofessional and I have no desire to further my business there. I would HIGHLY recommend you go to House of Smoke in Addison. They carry the exact SAME Hidden Hills 2G Disposable for $39 while Green Room wants $75+…price gouge is crazy work.
I asked for help troubleshooting a Hidden Hills pen this afternoon…Asked if they had a charger to further along said process and was told no. Odd because you’d expect a business to have the chargers for the products they themselves sell..a standard USB-C cable. Instead I was talked down to inside and out in the parking lot for and I quote “being a woman” he proudly said as he stormed off to his car. I made it clear to the gentleman inside the store I had given up and opened the product to see for myself what the issue was and no longer needed his help. However he still followed me outside and went to his car to get a cable and continued to try to speak to me as I was already in my car and trying to drive away. Instead I went down the street and was greeted happily AND saved myself some decent money. I mean come on to charge $35 AND treat customers in such a fashion is just wild to me.
One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time Juan and his expertise and customer service was above and beyond he really understood the product and business I felt very welcomed being that I’m from out of town I can say I was very pleased with the prices and experience will be visiting a lot more

Who doesn’t discuss prices on the phone? I overpayed $50+ when market price was $30 for the same thing from a competitor in Dallas. I was going to buy more but they wouldn’t discuss the current price over the phone. Why answer?
My husband and I have been to the Green Room multiple times and every time the customer service is excellent with making sure they match you up with the right product. Everything they sell is quality and have never had a bad product from them. We’ve gone to other places but nothing holds a candle to their service and quality. 5 stars, highly recommend!
