First time inside the shop, i usually purchase on-line and pick up at their very convenient window. Was very impressed with how awesome the set up was inside. Everything was displayed super effectivly…especially in comparison to some other shops Ive been in. Really liked the vibe in there. Henry was great! He offered to check my avail bonus points for being a member and got me some savings on my purchase. Will definitely be returning. Thanks for the stellar experience!
I love, Love, LOVE this particular location of TGS. Every time I go there I feel like I am treated like the most important customer they’ve ever had. Everyone there is professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. They take whatever time I need to make sure I get exactly what I want, without making me feel rushed. But I have to say, of all of the people I have ever dealt with at this location, Ariceli is THE BEST. On more than one occasion she has gone WAY, WAY above my expectations to help me get what I’m looking for. Most recently, she reached out to me to let me know that they were about to receive a shipment of a particular clone that I’ve been trying to find for over a year, now. I mentioned this to her (literally) one year and two days ago, and she “filed it away” in her memory. Yesterday she contacted me to let me know they would be available today and that she would “put my name on one” so that I could come by and pick it up today. Are you kidding me ?!? Who does that………Ariceli does, because she knows that taking care of customers is the most important thing there is in a retail business. She met me at the door, escorted me inside, and made sure I got what I wanted. She is awesome, and I can’t thank her enough. You’re my hero, Ariceli ❤️

The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. Julia helped me this time and she was excellent. She helped me find what I needed super quick and was very knowledgeable about the products which I always really appreciate.
Spencer is My main Dude whenever I visit the Dispo. He is always Chill.. Great conversationalist no matter the subject, from classic movie moments to awesome concert memories! I know I’m gonna be in excellent hands by a Knowledgeable staff member, and have a great trip to my Favorite Dispo Green Solutions off 20th Ave and Harlan st. Edgewater with their Amazing Staff!
