If I could give 0 stars I would. I text to order 4 HOURS AHEAD of time for delivery to make it easier. I was told that I would get a text message “in a few seconds” with a total so I can pull out cash because now super inconveniently they’ve decided not to use card. 2 hours later and a voicemail I haven’t heard a word. Super unprofessional. I’ve had issues with this place more and more in the last couple years. The last order I placed I put the order in and 5 hours later I got a call telling me my delivery would be to me soon because the driver got a flat. 5 hours for a flat tire? I always get reassured that things will get better and I always give them a chance and it’s getting WORSE!! I will never ever use this place again just for the lack of respect to a paying customer.
Please do not reach out to me to persuade me to change my review as you have previously, after a hour of reaching out my concerns I still have no contact back about my order.
Let me also note my boyfriend is a vet and has served this country and they know it, don’t offer discounts if you’re just going to jump off the face of the earth when it’s time to apply them.
Update: they no longer deliver. Websight is filled with delivery info but it’s no longer available. A true bummer. However. Good prices. Big selection. Nice people.
These guys practically ruined my life! I told them a thousand times not to come to my house after they missed an earlier delivery and they came tonight at 8:00 and had a whole conversation with my family on the porch, with me frantically whispering “Go away!!” into the phone. Not to mention they keep calling me by my MOM’s name because of some computer glitch I’ve attempted to fix numerous times, making it 1000x worse!
You have a new loyal customer! Just switched from Smoakland, which up until my past few orders with them I had minimal issues. But these last couple orders killed the vibe. So I went searching….and found The Green Team. Thankful I did! I like that pricing is already inclusive of tax, delivery was quick, product is good and driver was polite (didn’t get his name….)Thank you!!
Everytime I come here the prices are great and the customer service is even better. Also a thumbs up to Chris for having such good knowledge of different items to really help me buy what I’m looking for
