I have ordered from this company for 3 plus years and always had a wonderful customer service experience. Lately, It’s been going downhill. I have contacted support 3 times and still have not got my order or a response from the company. I may sadly have to find another place to shop. I use their products for pain relief and to be ignored or not answered really is showing the lack of empathy they have for their customers anymore. Disappointed in them.
This place is a must-stop if you’re in Nashville. Came in from out of town and was told to go check this place out and it was definitely worth it. If you want a place to chill and smoke your hearts content go spend your afternoon here and you’ll find yourself wanting to go back the next day. Shawn is an awesome guy and very knowledgeable on his stuff so don’t be afraid if you have any questions.
