When I went in, I was greeted with such amazing hospitality from the staff, and I especially appreciate the help I got from summer-rayne when picking out products. She was so funny and so nice~. Will definitely be going back again!

The staff here are not knowledgeable whatsoever, I went in on my 19th birthday and was denied service and told to come back the next day as I “ wasn’t officially 19 “what a waste of my time. I would give 0 stars if possible, will not be brining my business to this location anytime soon.
I’ve been a customer at the joint for a couple years now and Summer-Rayne is by far my favourite. She knows a lot about what products to recommend and is by far the kindest one there out of all the employees I’ve dealt with. Very knowledgeable and respectful, I know I’m in good hands when I see her behind the counter. She always puts a smile on my face.
If there was an option to leave 0 stars i would. Worst store in the city. They do not care about their customers and when a product is defective they insinuate that you are the cause of the deficiency. I highly do not recommend this location and highly suggest travelling to a further location such as garden city where the management is stellar and the staff cares about their customers. The kenaston location does not and should consider restaffing almost their entire team
