Had the most wonderful customer service representative when I went into go Christmas shopping. Very helpful and kind. The only complaint I have is the item I purchase was defective. Must of been from factory and we had to cut a whole ourselves…. See picture lol. But overall always good service.
If you shop at this location, I highly recommend avoiding the bigger Caucasian woman that works there she has glasses probably around age 40. She has ruined multiple of my shopping experiences and goes out of her way to ruin your day. I have no idea how she has a job in customer service.
Super friendly lady at the counter, helped me with all my questions about CBD, pricing, buds and dry vapesm found a solution to my problem immediately, friendly knowledgeable and to the point. Keep up the great work
The pakki supervisor there is very rude and always has an attitude with customers. He always comments something offensive everytime I buy there. Someone working customer service should not be going out of their way to ruin people’s day. What’s more unsettling is he’s the supervisor. The Joint do better. We as customers want to come in being left with sour vibes. Not cool. He works several locations too.
They didn’t have my coil and buddy had said I will make sure to order this for you and it should be in about two weeks from now. Wrote it down and everything made it seem like they were actually trying. Come back two weeks later he wasn’t there that day but there was no coils and no records of it ever being ordered or even wrote down. The main reason as to why i went to that vape store.
