    They have made me pull my VALID license out three times. When I’ve already shown it. Making me honestly feel like they don’t want to serve me. When I asked why this hasn’t happened before and I only had to show my ID once they tried saying it’s policy?? LIKE huh the ID doesn’t change after you look at it the first two times. This is why I stopped going there and honestly go to Tokyo Smoke way better service and are happy to see you when you walk in the doors. The supervisor with the bowl cut. Pretty bad haircut is an idiot and clearly doesn’t have better things to do.

    Online stock is not correct, 2 times I’ve put in orders for them to tell me they don’t have anything but the papers. Asked for a refund, and suggested they hire someone to do inventory. I have 24 years experience in retail and I’ve never seen anything like this. The manager called it a “discrepancy”, an entire order not in stock 2 times is not a discrepancy. With the amount of stores you have I can just imagine how many “discrepancies” you have.
    Having your inventory up to date and CORRECT is one of the most important pieces of good customer service. It’s also one of the most important parts of running a retail business, let a lone a dispensary. Tell the owner reach out to me if they want this problem fixed.

    Cool store and for excellent customer service and care we go see Cory at this location. He’s super friendly and extremely knowledgeable, can answer any question asked and when he’s unsure he goes above and beyond to gather as much information needed! He makes things easy and I very much appreciate his willingness to help us!

    I just loved the service it got from Yatin Pahwa. He is so polite person and his way of talking was so good. He has great customer service skills which i loved the most. Even i visit the store for the first time and i asked for a vape but i had superb experience with Yatin .😊
