Great prices, but you can literally ask the budtenders “how’s it going” and they’ll stare blankly until you tell them what you want to buy. I try to be friendly but I always have an awkward vibe from the budtenders here, minus one or two of them (shoutout Kentaro for being friendly with me)
A great location with great prices, usually great service too but the Australian budtender today had a pissy attitude and was quite rude to me after a misunderstanding, his coworker told me I could return 10 minutes after a purchase since it would be over the limit. I came back and was being polite and respectful and was met with a pissy budtender. He was mad because I was too close to the store while I waited which was understandable. They are usually great, I understood where he was coming from and accepted his answer but you should never speak to a customer in that tone… especially when I acknowledged it was a misunderstanding and apologized for it. Made me feel like I was talking to a legacy dealer berating me over it. If you’re reading this dude you could have been polite about it, your behaviour was unwarranted. I have been a loyal customer for years, I would have came back the next day instead of going to another dispensary if you weren’t a total ass about it. Overall, 4.5/5 price wise but this encounter was lame and unnecessary. I’d still recommend because otherwise it’s a great spot and deserves support for their great prices.
Waited for over 5 hours for a delivery today(says order arrives within 3) had to call and they didn’t really care , I ordered 20 minutes after delivery window opened and waited over 5 hours with no update or hey we’re running late. Wasn’t super impressed with the customer service provided.
Oz store is hands down best service and noticeably the best pricing in Ottawa. Keep up the Good work.
Very disappointed, I was sold a 1g cart, and specifically given the receipt in case of any issues with the product. The cart had at least 25% of product left but, it stopped pulling and was clogged, this started burning the inner plastics and oil causing toxic fumes to come out of it. Not too upset, thinking I could get a full or partial return on my item, I make time to return the product at their store and was told that “I can’t return it because there’s not enough oil left, and they wouldn’t make their money back for the product”!! Being met with this response was very bothering, and upsetting considering IM the one losing out as a loyal customer. I’ve been shopping here for the past year and was told to always keep the receipt in case of any issues, and the one time I have a legitimate reason for return, I’m told they can’t do anything.. ✌🏼
