Very hesitant at first, judging from past shopping experience at this location. But much to my surprise I received exceptional customer service from Kiya, the shop associate working at the time. She gave me a heads up on sales going on, and the quality of products that they had at the moment. Making my decision easy to make. I was very pleased. I recommend when shopping there to ask for her assistance. She is definitely a quality employee..
Thank you so much Sanctuary!! I love this dispensary the most, it’s definitely my #1 place to go to. My favorite cartridge I get there (that I can never find anywhere else) has helped my anxiety and my mental status way better than any medication I’ve been prescribed. What’s even better, for me at least, is when I get to the cashier’s and sign 🧏🏻♀️ “I’m sorry, I’m deaf” they didn’t even flinch 🥰 I quickly saw excited faces mouthing “oh okay, no problem!” Communicating with them through text and a little bit of sign was amazing! I will forever be coming back to this dispensary 🥰 🤟🏻 ❤️
As soon as I can then he said hello. And I appreciate that. Respect. So I was looking around for some things and I asked him, he was very helpful and I was asking him a question after question after question but in the end he answered all my questions and he helped me out. If I could I would give him 10 stars and I’m going to recommend this place because of the way he helped me out. He was showing me products and he was telling me which ones are good. Like I said he was showing me different brands and he was showing me the disposable ones which I’ve never done it but it’s been recommended to me by others so I came in and I bought one for my girl, thanks to him. Thank you. Because when I go to other places they’re not as friendly as he is and like I said he helped me out with everything 10 stars. Thanks and I’ll see you again, till next time.
