I’ve been going here since they opened and it’s my favorite shop.
The owner and staff are knowledgeable and too nice.
Placed an order for pickup around noon and got the standard text/email about the order being picked/processed; went 4 hours later to pick up only to be told that they don’t have any and that they haven’t updated their boards or website. From past experiences at other shops, if a product is out of stock they will cancel the order or send a text informing you of the lack of stock; Here, I was told that the staff had been talking about me earlier and then got a pause…. I mentioned that I never received a ‘Ready for Pickup’ text (common issue with these pick & collect systems) and the response received was ‘Yeah because we don’t have any stock left’. After leaving, I received a text saying my order had been cancelled due to lack of stock. Not entirely sure what the person working there was doing all day to not be able to cancel the order within 4 hours; but it’s pretty unprofessional/disorganized to say the least.
As a first experience it really wasn’t great, which is a shame due to all of the positive reviews and good things I have heard. Will take the time to drive a little further out of the way to receive better communication. Would also recommend not trusting what is on the website, to avoid a similar situation for yourself!
I went into the store randomly while I was in the area. Figured I would get my cannabis at the same time as my prescriptions. Im so glad I did! The owner/ clerk greeted me like an old friend and I felt immediately at ease in this new store. He has such a warm and friendly presence. He really makes the experience but the store is clean and open, and has great selection. Highly recommend the wanted leaf and it will be my new regular cannabis stop. Thanks again for making me feel special in these stressful times!
Very nice store, the owner was super friendly and we had a good chat. Displays of glass were clean, organized and very decently priced. This store has the best prices and selection in St. Albert. I will definitely be going back.
