My s/o and I have used the site and have had good service with them. The past three times we individually used them have been hell. I placed an order well over three hours ago and I can’t even call to check on it. I haven’t gotten anything other than a confirmation email. I have emailed and called and neither work. Emails are non existent and the only three options on the phone DONT get you to an actual person to talk to. Only a hang up.
This is extremely inconvenient, especially since the website states you’ll get your order within an hour.
If the hours are not correct on Google you won’t get the hours anywhere else. Google claims the service is open until 11pm on Saturdays, but I have YET to be contacted in any way shape or form.
I would have liked to keep using this service but if the service is going to continue to lie about their same day delivery and charge $25! Just to get there the SAME DAY. You will not get another penny out of us.
I just used this service for the first time today. Very nice people here. Very easy delivery. I had my stuff and paid all within one minute. VERY courteous. Thanks and will be using again
I live in Newark. I’ve utilized this distributor twice now and have nothing but good things to say about the service and especially the product. An online payment option would be ideal, but I think you all are doing an excellent & reliable job. Continued growth to you. I’m sold❣️
I enjoy the product and the delivery times are consistent. Maybe some extra card readers for the drivers? It says on the website you can pay in person card or cash but sometimes they don’t have the card reader. Maybe adding an option to pay online? Would love to give 5 stars then 😊
I ordered a delivery at 7:43pm and yet its 9:42pm, almost 10 which is the time they close. And I havent gotten a call or an email about my delivery. I tried to call customer service but their number said it was unavailable. Which makes no sense to me because it’s supposed to be helping customers. And that did not help me at all.
If you going to deliver from here. Dont, they dont give ANY notice on how long its gonna take and don’t even call you if their not gonna show up 🙄
