Therapy Cannabis: Cleveland Dispensary

Former 1 star review. Decided to give this place another shot after they reached out, seems like the new general manager here has really turned things around!! I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly staff, and large well priced selection. My new go to dispensary in Lakewood!

I regularly frequent this establishment and have consistently felt a strong sense of welcome and security until my most recent visit. I am uncertain as to the reasoning behind the sudden shift, but historically, robust security measures have been in place, instilling confidence, particularly when making substantial purchases and acquiring valuable products. However, yesterday, I noticed the absence of security personnel and the removal of security doors. This environment generates anxiety during shopping and raises concerns about employee treatment. Yesterday, I was unable to proceed with my typical purchases due to overcrowding.

Edit: with update. My experience today was characterized by exceptional customer service, consistently among the best. The staff’s positivity and helpfulness were impressive. I also spoke with Scott, through email and he demonstrated a prompt and understanding demeanor. While the area’s security appears inadequate, the employees’ comfort suggests it may not be a concern.

So many reviews from people I see are simply irrelevant & has nothing to do with the actual business they think they’re reviewing. Let’s unpack – you showed up early & are upset the doors were locked? you’re mad they didn’t pamper you & mention how you could’ve just showed up at a more appropriate time? Lastly, you knew what prices were going into it, if it ain’t your cup of tea then go to Michigan & review those places. Otherwise. Don’t waste a reviewing detailing how you should get 1/5 stars for even thinking any issues were caused outside of anything but yourself.
