I shop here twice a week. The staff is very friendly and cool, the store has long hours, and they have a great selection of products that they keep well stocked so that they don’t run out of the good stuff (at least not what I buy) I can’t say the same for the other stores in town.
The staff are friendly and willing to help guide you to what you want without feeling pushy or judgemental. We went in, new to the experience, looking for pain relief and something to calm the mind and the staff gave us great real life examples of what to expect of the different varieties amounts. Later we tried those suggestions and got immediate results for a reasonable cost that’s not “big pharma”
Staff is great, store set up kinda sucks and products are sub par. Probably close to 80% or more of the pre rolls I’ve bought from them are un-smokeable and they don’t do exchanges or refunds. Vape cartridges once opened have already leaked or end up leaking further down the line. There’s other shops with better products and pricing around
I came in this afternoon and bought some flower and a cartridge. I have to say you have a great selection, great prices and friendly accomidating staff.
I was however extremely disappointed that there wasn’t a tip option on the debit machine or even a tip jar. I really do hope you can accommodate your staff with the option of receiving tips.
Being in the service industry for 10 years, I tip others in the industry to show them that I appreciate their knowledge and time.
So, if there’s any advice I could give the owners/managers is please give the customers an option to tip your amazing staff!
My boyfriend and I love this store!! The staff are VERY friendly, (they have even seen us come in and remember what we get ) and knowledgeable, it’s always clean and welcoming. There is always something in our price range, which is very nice since they are legal (gov’t) establishments. Will definitely be back…like tonight 😂
