There is a young man that works at Thrive that was inappropriate with me. He is a short little boy that does not know how to speak properly to a woman. He insulted me over the fact that I did not compliment him back after he complimented me. I already wrote customer care and I still did not receive anything back. Not a hello, goodbye, or anything! This is the most unprofessional dispensary in Las Vegas and that says a lot because there’s a lot of competition out there. How would Thrive feel if I had everyone I know go to a different dispensary instead of Thrive? I tell everyone to go to Thrive. However, that may or may not change. That all depends on how this issue, if ever, gets resolved. This employee chastised me, Attempted to “flirt” with me, & made it seem like nothing. 👍 good job Thrive. Your training of employees is immaculate! Well done! Good day! -Jen

I came all the way from atlanta and have family that lives here and shops at Thrive all the time and recommended me to see a specific budtender for that fire 🔥 and i can honestly say ive never met someone like Sammy !!! not only was she beautiful but she really caught my attention and had me very intrigued she gave me all the deals and exact amount out the door of what i would be spending she took her time with me asked me questions about strains i like and she smiled the entire process even while bouncing around making sure other customers were being attended to ! she held that room down alone and you can tell the other customers gravitated to her as well that girl is indeed superwoman and a breath of fresh air and one HELL OF A SALES LADY she will be the budtender i come to when i come to town .. i walked out with a great deal on prerolls , a half ounce and gummies for my trip back , Thank you so much sammy for giving me such an amazing experience!

Absolutely love shopping at all the Thrive locations but this one is my favorite thanks to Roland and Garrett! It never fails that they get me to spend more than what I planned to.. also that Mike Tyson scares me every time lol

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a troubling experience I encountered at your establishment on January 26, 2025 at between 11:30pm-12:00am. As a loyal customer who has shopped with Thrive since its inception, I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional conduct exhibited by one of your employees and the lack of resolution provided by the supervising staff on duty.

During my visit, I asked for clarification regarding sales tax on my purchase. The young employee assisting me, whom I can only describe as a shorter individual with braces, responded in a manner that I found unnecessarily dismissive, stating, “Sales tax is common sense.” When I attempted to clarify my request, he escalated the situation by misinterpreting a lighthearted idiom of mine as a threat. Rather than de-escalating the matter professionally, he went so far as to invite me to “settle” the issue in the parking lot.

This level of hostility was shocking and entirely inappropriate, particularly for a customer-facing role. I acknowledge my own frustration at the moment, but as a paying customer, I expected my concerns to be met with respect and professionalism, not aggression.

Furthermore, when I sought assistance from the supervisor, Ryan, he refused to provide the employee’s name, preventing me from filing a proper report. Following this incident, I attempted to contact the store later that evening to discuss the matter further, only to be abruptly hung up on after mentioning the issue.

This is not the first time I have experienced subpar service at your establishment, but it is by far the most egregious. The actions of the employee in question, coupled with the lack of accountability demonstrated by the supervisor, reflect poorly on the standards of professionalism and customer care that I trust Thrive aims to uphold.

I respectfully request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and addressed. Employees working in customer service roles must possess the patience and temperament required to handle diverse customer interactions without resorting to hostility or threats. I strongly urge you to ensure that this individual undergoes additional training, or is reassigned to a non-customer facing role, so that other patrons do not endure a similar experience.

I hope to continue shopping with Thrive, but my confidence in your organization has been significantly shaken. I look forward to your prompt response regarding the measures being taken to address this issue.
