Tokyo Smoke Morden

The current staff are very pushy and rude towards customers. All the good staff That care are gone and it’s obvious why. Staff sit there on there phones when customers in store. I was in the store over the weekend to make a purchase and got ignored as visiting with each other and giggling was more important. So I left and went to Meta. Staff is better and prices are better.

Recently bought their Luma device and a few replacement pods (proprietary) and had one of the pods fail to function. When trying to return or exchange the faulty product, I was sent away empty handed.

Without entering your information in their system at time of purchase and of course I didn’t keep the receipt, I was told that they couldnt verify that it was from their store. This means I have a $60 piece of garbage.

Just a heads up for those of you who are looking at Tokyo Smoke as your usual store. They don’t care about you. They would rather save $60 than retain a customer.

I hope that one decision was worth it. I won’t go back, and I recommend you use Meta instead. Their customer service is far superior.
