Great price for some great lettuce, will be back many times to come. Highly reccomend Tantalus wedding crasher. Great customer service too which is always a plus
Since I moved to Brantford in late July this year, I’ve been to this store 3 times. Every time, the staff here are absolutely amazing in their presentation, knowledge and customer service. The store also has a wide selection of brands, tastes etc. This location is also family ran so it feels nice to contribute to our fellow neighbours! Keep up the great work guys / ladies. Definitely will keep coming back 🙂
Horrible customer service – been a loyal member who spends $100 minimum a week – had a packaging issue late at night where I couldn’t get into a blunt package – had to turn off my dinner & take it back – which is a ten minute plus drive – told the budtender who also suggested such blunt the situation the extra 20 min drive involved & my supper cold & how im here once a week – bud tender spent 10 minutes trying to break into such packaging & admitting this brand he suggested to me has such problem – after it was open i was handed the blunt & just a sorry for this – no loyalty to a committed member after a known defect he suggested – lost my business – shop elsewhere – this place wants your vote to be voted the “best bud dispensary in town” but will suggest to you faulty products that they are AWARE about & when they fail – instead of just giving you another package to get you on your way or say hey next time a discount or papers on us as I was a loyal customer ($100-$120 every week) – they will waste your time – breaking into the product which was over ten minutes on top of my drive there & back home & just give you a sorry – they don’t care at all about your loyalty & time – as was clearly shown by this interaction – so keep my garbage yes – as you wasted my time with your suggestion & known faulty product & no care at all about who makes your business the customers but keep asking everyone to vote you the best in town – i’ll be telling everyone about this experience I had with your unsatisfactory customer service. I have never left a review in my life about any business & felt so strongly after this experience with this business I had to drop a review of my experience with them.
