Great customer service. Consistently fast & convenient. Plenty of deals on bottom shelf items. Would be perfect if the percentages were accurate. What’s listed online is always a gamble – sometimes it’s accurate & sometimes it’s actually significantly lower.
Makes me wonder if the product is being properly tested.
I ordered delivery from Tree Of Life for the first time and took advantage of some deals they had going on. The process for delivery does take a very long time. My order was processing for a few hours, but once it was processed the delivery driver was good about keeping me updated on when I would receive it. When I did finally get my delivery I was very happy with my purchases. I didn’t mind the long wait as it saved me from having to leave the house but I didn’t have anywhere to be that day. So my advice is don’t order delivery unless you don’t mind a long wait/don’t have anywhere to be for a few hours. The service and quality from Tree Of Life is great and they do have nice deals going on daily. I’ll be ordering again for sure.
Extremely friendly and knowledgeable service!!! The whole team that works at this location is absolutely amazing and helpful with whatever you need. There are many dispensaries in the area but there isn’t one with as great customer service as tree of life in North Vegas. The tree of life is all about giving back and they also work really hard to get you whatever you need so don’t forget to show them a little bit of love on the way out!
Horrible service I place an order an and they refuse to even help you if you’re a few minutes early telling you the clock is wrong and refuse your service. I spent too much money with this company and then to feel like it’s because I’m black you don’t want to service me. I feel like that was a very raciest move Won’t be back.
I love coming through curbside when Mercedes is working!! She is super quick and super friendly!! I appreciate that she always takes the time to ask me how I’m doing!! Not to mention the prices are amazing!
