Selena and their phone operator guy went above and beyond. when they didn’t have one of my items they immediately called me and offered me a range of options to switch out. and their driver Selena was so on point, got there super fast and was nice and discrete. Making sure I got my change and the order was correct. because of them i will definitely be ordering again. 10/10 would recommend

Melissa was Very knowledgeable about the products. She orovided me with excellent recommendations at different price points based on what I was looking for. I noticed she was training a new staff member and she was very good at breaking down her sales & products knowledge to the trainee. I love the staff and energy at Tropicana. I only shop at Tropicana. Staff was super chill and helpful in pulling off my delivery. I can’t remember her name, but the girl who called me to work out my order was very knowledgeable on the products and gave me great recommendations! Roman was my budtender today and I thought they were super sweet and very knowledgeable on each of the products that they brought to my boyfriend and I to give us options.
