Courteous and attentive service, usually have everything you need with good prices and good selection. The staff are always knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
Prices are high, product comes broken or has mold and once you open the product they won’t refund you. Better places in the city.
I do love this store but sometimes they aren’t up to date on the promotions the company is having. I’m sure that is a head office issue. I’ve had a vip at cost sale in my wallet and I’ve went in twice now and no one knows what products are eligible for it. Staff is super friendly I don’t know her name but the girl with the brown hair is my favourite she’s so nice and helpful, last time she truly did try to figure out the at cost sale for me so I hope next time I go in they are up to date on that information
Used to be the only place I shopped for flower however it is the most expensive store now by far gladly check for yourself if you shop at sessions or highlife you can find much cheaper prices for the same quality flower
Very spacious and comfortable in the store… Staff is well trianed. Always a happy visit and usually have the best prices in town.
