Everyone was great…from the front door (Ms.Anna) to the young lady Mattie who rang us up. Good deals. And the Banana 🍌 kush…🔥 Ty for the recommendation. Building is always clean inside and out. And they are open until 1am.
Hands down my favorite dispensary. Always great deals, rewards program keeps your money in your pocket, and the staff is always super friendly. You can go in with no idea what to buy, and they will help you figure out what will work for you. Highly recommend.
I don’t often rate establishments so low but if you are going to put your hours of operation as a certain time. It’s common practice and plain courteous to customers time and money. I rushed and drove miles out of my way at 12:33a in the morning to make it to the dispensary before 1:00a when it’s on this application/platform- Google Maps that they close on Saturdays @ 1:00am. I arrived at 12:52 and the door was locked; the security guard looked me- shook his head & made a gesture with his hand back and forth across his neck- signaling to me that it’s cut, closed, no entry or sale. Now I understand it’s late and people want to get home to their families, I’ve been there. It’s called pre-close procedures. Close down all the registers except one but don’t close business completely unless you have a special emergency- otherwise when the clock hits the displayed time to the public- 1:00am. Lock up and close out the last one. I will never again give my business to this company. I’m a medical patient and was refused medication because someone wanted to leave a few minutes earlier..I had cash and knew exactly what I needed to purchase. I cannot support this establishment at any capacity. I hope this location and their staff will take this opportunity to properly address their positions and the importance of their accuracy, integrity and trustworthiness that is attached whenever dealing with medicinal products. Especially when patients depend upon them for their pain management and relief. If you are in need of Medication and need a dependable place to assist you- I can’t say this is the best choice.
Called to ask about what they had on their clearance and was hung up rudely. Don’t hire rude employees. I’ve called other locations and I am always treated respectfully. Just this location needs new employee training
I just called and asked what flower they have that is fresh. The person that answered said “oh you can just come in and look I can’t check for you”
These dispensaries want money, but can’t even accommodate when it takes less than 5 minutes to check. Bad energy, definitely don’t want to smoke stuff that’s been touched by negative people
