Girl at the front desk is very rude… they had some real nice people before but now it’s like dealing with kids with attitudes. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE….
If your goal is to be treated like garbage then shop at trulieve. This evening I pull up to the express drive thru store an hour before close. They have both express lanes blocked off and 9 customers waiting in the lobby. Employees are dead on the inside and lack any engagement other than attitude. They don’t even pay attention to the order and caused an issue where another customer harassed me time demanding to be served first. My name was called for an order placed hours ago. That’s their messed up process not my problem. Employee and manager both sat there and just let it happen… just let dude keep cussing at me. So not only will they not value your business but they will cultivate an openly hostile environment. This is a place of medicine. There is no need for this kind of behavior and lack of effort from the employees. They try to close early on a Friday and caused way more trouble than anyone needed. At this rate there was still a line whe I left and they will be sending patients home WITHOUT their medication. That’s happened to me at two other trulieve locations I thought this place was different. Replace them all.
Stop letting people place their order in the pickup line.
Every time I go to pick up my order at this “Express” pickup location, me and like 3 other people are stuck standing in this cramped little space, waiting for some stooge to ask a series of dumb questions that could have easily been answered at home online, on the website.
What do people not understand about EXPRESS PICKUP ONLY.
Other than that, Trulieve is great at what they do and provide.
I wish I could give zero stars, only been to this location twice and every time something is wrong and wait times are double that of nonexpress locations. First time the worker did not know how to apply the on going discounts and also gave me the wrong product twice before I got the right one. Recently I went and wait times were again atrocious, on top of that the same worker dispensed my products wrong leaving me out of my mgs
Selection so so, staff , I cannot speak for everyone. But the lady that helped me was unbelievable…no matter what I purchased on my 22$ budget (I’m not sorry, times are hard) , “with tax and card fees” it’s going to be $23.00.
14$ Vape .5g? 23$.
18$ .5 g cart- same outcome – she needs 23$. Another 16.99$ cart? She needs 23$. She got a cart ready for me, bag and all, one that I can afford for 17$ bucks- knowing what my budget is, 22$. My budget was 22.00 dollars. I made that clear as soon as I walked in. And I apologized for wasting her time, “that’s all I can afford for now” I said.
She proceeds to charge me 23$….a gentleman gave me a quarter, .25 cents, to match my 22.81$ balance on my card- she needed 23$…….but not “that way”, she needed cash .. it’d be ok if I had 23$ on my card, due to her suggestion by going to “Circle K” next door to use their ATM – BUT then again I would still need 23$!!!! She needed an “odd” number. Well, smack my butt and call me Sally…waaaaa??
Am I awake? This feels like an ongoing nightmare that will not end……I just walked out shaking my head in complete disbelief and being flabbergasted as to what the ef just transpired.
I stopped at my bank, withdrew my lousy 20$ bucks, drove my happy behind to CureaLeaf. Got a cart for 13$ bucks, with 60% off and got 7$ back to go home with!!! Now that’s my favorite cheers place.

Trulieve: as a new patient, my hopes were a bit too stellar. CureaLeaf blows you guys away! Not only with their knowledge of what the deals are, new products, etc, staff, cadence, kindness, that Trulieve will Never possess.
Wow. I have never ever heard nor had anyone do this and I have been here for a while, I’m 48. I walked out more confused and flabbergasted than a kid standing in front of a hulk man ride in Disney trying to attempt climbing the rollercoaster 200 feet high.
Nope, never again.
