I’m not a medical Marijuana patient myself, not yet at least. But I have been to this Truelieve Dispensary location with my mom (the patient) 2 or 3 times and every time the staff have been kind, professional and informative. They’re always happy to take time and answer any of her questions. The overall energy feels laid back (yet professional), and welcoming. The Dispensary store itself is always clean and overall seems to be very well maintained. And my mom is just about always pleased with the quality and effectiveness of their products. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Looooong wait for an express pickup order. Something is “wrong with their system” was what I was told. I have a difficult time with the dispensaries in Gainesville Florida. The hudtender took his time bagging up my “express order” I received the email saying it was ready yet, IT WAS NOT.
I just paid 40.00 for 2 edibles when I should have gone elsewhere and got 3+ for that price. The employees sure do talk across the isle loud enough about other customers. I will PROBABLY never come here again.
The longest, most uncomfortable wait, for a pick up order of 2 items. Overpacked and overpriced. It took 2 phone calls to order and the order price emailed wasn’t, what was quoted.
Please, get it together. You have 3 different locations in Gainesville. Organization is vital to good customer service.
