It’s an alright place. Just felt the least welcoming compared to the other dispensaries around my area. They were nice and everything just felt rushed. But overall good experience
Been here many times but I can’t anymore. They are so slow. Just waited 10 minutes with several people in the lobby and an employee never came out (this happens all the time, usually longer). Called and they picked right up. Just awful service and time wasting. I don’t care to wait, but nobody wants to just sit in the lobby with no progress being made. The people are nice when you can actually get service, it’s just not worth it. Cookies is just right down the road and they’ll let you in instantly with around 4 budtenders at any time ready to help you. That’s where I always go anytime I end up leaving trulieve without my order
Web site said 25% THC on website got home 21.2 called I was told it included thca, still only 24.2, so she said they have to round up on the website, shady, shady, shady, second time I felt tricked in that store, feel like I’m getting in some alley
This ain’t it chief.Normally when I go in there there are plenty of customers but only one person checking anybody out or helping. This morning there were 4 customers waiting and not a single employee came out to help. I left after like 10 minutes. This place is poorly managed and I will not be going back anytime soon.
Incompetent group of people. None of them know what they are doing. I Signed up for the rewards but yet it’s not in their system that I did. Try to sign up again in person with THEIR help but none of them could get it to work. Instead of find someone who could they keep doing the same thing over and over again. Albert Einstein‘s definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Think they might need to teach this in their training class.
