New to the area and passed by and called . I reach a gentleman name Matthew, he was very helpful, knowledgeable, patient and was able to walk me threw how Florida works. I can’t wait to come as a patient

I’ve visited this location several times, this time was a little different. The greeting my mother and I received when coming to the back counter wasn’t friendly at all. It was my mom’s first trip to any Trulieve and I’ve raved about them. I’m a big time coupon girlie (so is my mom) and she is new to all of this so I brought her into Trulieve because they have great first time discounts, referral discounts and they happen to be running card renewal discount. As I’m helping my mom navigate this overwhelming experience the bud tender seemed agitated that she even had to deal with someone who was new to the industry and frankly didn’t act like she even wanted to help patients get the best option for their needs. She traded out ‘equivalent flower’ that was almost double the price. I understand that the flower was comparable as far as effect but she seemed frustrated when I told my mom to make sure the price is the same. This economy isn’t getting any better. My senior mother is on a fixed income and asked me to help her navigate the financials of this entirely new process and I told her the dispensary is great about helping. Had the bud tender been more informative or willing to even pretend to do her job and care about a patient, I wouldn’t have had to step in to help my mom. Needless to say I took her to another TRULIEVE and the bud tender was much more helpful/informative and she was very knowledgeable about all the products and even found my mom some extras to try. Don’t avoid trulieve, just avoid this particular location if you’re new to MM.
