Their point system is so consistently inconsistent. Now they are down to only 2 ways to earn points. 1point for each dollar spent and 20 points for signing up, and obviously everyone has signed up if they have an account.
But now they have a disclaimer about their monthly cycle status on the 1st of the month. What does that have to do with the point system, you already took away options to make points each 30 days and 90 days, without communicating it.
And some days you double your house brands and sometimes you don’t. I just received missed points from May and June of 2024. What did you do wrong for me to finally get the points I earned?
They do not like to honor their own system. They hate when you use your points. Scammer. The people that work there act like the product is there’s. Bunch of bums. Camp hill trulieve is good tho.
Systems were down when I went for the 1st time. Will update when and if I go back.
Update: went and had great convos and learned somethings. Only downside is seating if crowded. Have 5 herniated discs and there was no seating. Also if its your 1st time its a bit confusing as to what you are to do. Staff in back are nice and very helpful.
Budtenders are lovely and deals are great. Mornings are SLOWWWW AS HELL. Without a care in the world. And how much damn money do you all need to make off of us before you fix that damn curb entryway. That’s embarrassing.
I’ve had more problems at this dispensary than any other. 3 times now I tried to order something with a valid Card and they had issues on their end they claimed was state wide only for me to go to another local dispensary immediately after and have 0 problems. They even tried to tell me my card wasn’t valid one time and it was an issue I had to talk to state to fix. Only to not call the state and have another dispensary have no issues. I refuse to go back after they have wasted my time on multiple occasions. They don’t even always have the best prices locally. Avoid if you can.
