My first visit was in 2023, it left much to be desired. I finally visited again recently, and I will absolutely be back! The store is clean, the employees are friendly and answer all the questions i have. Yeah, there can be a short wait but with it being a downtown store i expect it. I love the federal location.
Despite the expected holiday bustle, the atmosphere was surprisingly calm and welcoming. Michelle was especially helpful and had a calming presence, taking the time to answer my questions and offer recommendations even with the store being busy. The staff’s friendly demeanor really helped take the edge off the holiday stress. Thank you for making my experience positive.
I have a lot of great things to say about Trulieve North Side. Staff is lovely. Prices are very nice. But the website makes ordering online incredibly difficult. The login function doesn’t really work and it will log you out for clicking on another category or something like that. They should fix it. But otherwise I recommend it highly!
This place is insane. They’ll service one person at a time with two people behind the counter. My last visit, the bud tender complained about my purchase price. He told me I was paying too little, and we should go back to higher cannabis prices. He told me that when cannabis is too inexpensive, it drives higher crime rates. I don’t know where you guys find these people, but that dude is in the wrong business. He is complaining about The medical system as he dispenses cannabis in the medical system. I’ve had my card basically since it was legal in PA, and I’ve never heard some wild junk like I just heard at your dispensary. Teach your people a little bit about the history of cannabis use and legalization, not just the cutesy little strains and what they do. Otherwise tell them not to even bother having that kind of dialogue. The only reason to come to this store is the dirt cheap weed, so to hear that from one of your employees is pretty rich. On the other hand, I do appreciate the 10:00 p.m. hours at the other location.
Michelle (green haired lady) is a fantastic Showed to be incredibly knowledgeable about the different strains and wide array of other products, taking the time to explain the effects and benefits of each one. What really impressed me was her patience and willingness to answer all my questions without making me feel dumb. She was super friendly and has a good sense of humor through-out the transaction, which made the whole experience a lot of fun. will defiantly make this my go to store.
