In the last 2 trips to this location, when I got there, I was told they didn’t have what I ordered in stock. This was after 20 mins of them looking. Never got a call saying items are out of stock. I asked if items are out of stock why are we able to order them. I was told that they are taking care of the customers’ needs first. Definitely not taking care of needs if I waste my time and gas driving here. Then, I’m waiting to watch someone frantically searching for products. Thankfully, there are different buissness to buy from. I won’t be back.
I don’t know what happened to this place but it’s so unorganized now. The people are still great but they seem to lack communication. Checkout takes so long. I get the text my order is ready and still they have issues. Is it in front or back. Is it the right item? And I know it’s not a big deal but the one guy refuses to say props names right. You can’t say you are “bad with names” if you are reading it off the ID. Like just take a second and make me feel like I matter. And certainly don’t look at me and tell me oh that’s you when you call out a completely wrong name. Again the staff is super great. Just not sure who’s at the helm.
I haven’t been hearing good things about trulieve lately but I decided to stop at this location as I had referred someone and received a 50% off discount, upon getting to my car after waiting over 30 minutes inside for my order, I noticed I had received the wrong strain of flower so I went back in I was then told “this is the only flavor seen so it must be sold out”. AFTER I had already paid and used my 50% off, so the budtender did not notify me of it being sold out did not even double check the names/items as she was scanning or I would’ve changed my selection. I do not plan on returning or recommending this dispo to anyone.
Not even 1 star for me, between waiting forever to get your items and the disorganization of getting helped. I never received a a call on an item that they didn’t have when ordered online, so I added an item that was only 10 dollars more than the item I ordered that wasn’t in stock some how some way the total kept adding up to three different amounts had brought it to the assistant managers attention and they remained clueless to the total and what it should be. Personally will never come back unless trulieve as a company changes something with there service and employees
Use to love this place. it Sucks! Run!! Wait times are ridiculous. They are so disorganized. No express line or consideration for those who placed an online order ahead if time. We here waiting for over an hour and got people taking their sweet time deciding what they want at the counter. Like if u have an online order, there should be an express line for that. Organic remedies all other dispensaries are better. You get in and out never had to wait more than 10 mins. These folks are all over the place. and the wait is longer than the wait at the urgent care!! These people should visit other dispensaries in the area and see how its done. Never again! Done done done!
