The last 3 Sativa i have purchased all have seeds. Uppercut, First Frost, Crmsckler. The quality control of the Modern flower brand seems to be significantly less than desirable. This needs addressed. No one wants the hassle of being quality control for this place. Please return to selling a premium product for your premium prices. No one is coming to you for “Mids” lolol.

Service has been better at the new location no issues so far still getting used to the new ground flower Wednesdays…Products run out Quickly! Timing is everything when ordering and picking up. Customer service is excellent. Some of the best prices and highest grades around.
The store itself is not very welcoming and the staff couldn’t answer most of my questions. The main one being, where is your product grown. The answer I got was, “we have to know where our products come from seed to grow.” So I asked again, where do you products come from and the answer I got was, “that’s what they tell us.” Oooooook. So your staff has no clue where your product comes from. Very disappointing to go somewhere looking to learn about the medical product you’re buying only to be met with a staff that clearly is not educated on it. I gave 3 stars because I have tried their products and they’re good, however, I likely won’t be back to this dispensary especially when the other local ones have staff that can literally answer any question right down to the process of each product being produced.
Y’all need to encourage people to stay home when they’re sick. Your sick female employee Monday morning got me really sick.. not cool at all. I’m about to start wearing a mask in there.. and none of the friendly faces I used to know work there now, just the sick girl with an attitude- every time. Oh and the Pink Cookies is full of seeds- seems the quality of Trulieve and their employees is dropping quick
Oh I hate doing this… But I have no choice. I was in utter disbelief due to what happened. I’m still questioning my reality.
Lady found me a cart, my budget was 22$, don’t judge me, times are hard…
She found one and bagged it, knowing I had 22.82$ on my card, when we found 17$ cart was stellar. No. She needed 23.00$. she needed “an odd number” ” the machine charges 3.00″. Ok, I said …” But that’s 20″.
” I know”, she huffs, “it’s still 23$”. Then she suggested I go to circle k use their ATM. Knowing I have only $22.00.
Gentleman behind me, cannot believe what just transpired, me neither, I receive a quarter .25 cents to add to my balance on my card 22.81- in order to give her 23.00$.
“No. It has to be 23.” Uhm…16.75$ vape cart- 23.00$
14$ cart- she needs 23.00$
I just gave back the quarter to the kind gentleman, we were both very apprehensive and flabbergasted as to what we just witnessed…. She would not work with me whatsoever..I have never been in this situation, but first time I guess…
