My first visit to this Trulieve location was incredibly positive, largely thanks to Michael J. I was astonished by his professionalism and high level of expertise. His knowledge was impressive, and he clearly explained the effects of different terpenes, and the store’s loyalty program. Because of Michael, I will definitely be back to this location.
I used to go here about five years ago before they did the whole remodeling and everything and the customer service was great but I just had a terrible experience in the store it’s like no Trulieve has any good customer service. All they do is higher people who don’t have any customer service skills. Not to mention none of them are ever sober. So many other dispensaries have professional employees. I literally checked into an express line this morning and still had to wait 30+ minutes when I try to talk to the customer service employee about it. He told me tough that’s life. This guy Juan needs a lot more training or a different job. on top of that, I tried using my debit card and it was being declined because the machine was saying HSM error literally had nothing to do with me or my card juan then asked me if I had the funds in my account. How disrespectful can you be on top of that I told him I did he then said oh well next time bring cash. After that, I asked to use another machine and sure enough my card worked, which proves that it was never the problem to begin with. It’s guys like this should not have customer service jobs.
