Came here with my friend on Sunday for the first time since we were in the area! We usually have amazing experiences at our Trulieve further south, but we saw that this location had many bad reviews and were a bit shocked. We gave it a shot, got there a little after they opened and they took care of us as soon as they could. We left thinking okay that wasn’t bad ! My friend got 2 Pineapple Express trupods, and when we opened one and hit it it tasted like coffee??? We were shocked and kinda grossed out thinking it went bad. We open the other one… also tastes like an Espresso which threw us off when we’re expecting PINEAPPLE. Later that night we go to our usual Trulieve to exchange them b/c we were convinced there was something wrong with them…. Came to find out they gave my friend two Hot Chocolate carts and not Pineapple express!! Explains the flavor, but we’ve never ever had that happen at any Trulieve. Seems like the employees were in a rush or didn’t pay close attention to what they were doing…
Ok, 1sr time ever giving a dispensary a bad review. Deals and availability on products is great because it is a truvile location however WORSE service and check in proceee ever experienced in all State of Florida! 2x i have pre-checked in for my pre online order only to wait for over 20 mins for someone to assist. They will check you in as you get a notice rep is ready and still process persons that checked while you watched in the waiting room. The 1st time the were apologetic but how sorry are you when it happens every time other you go? I have a handicap mother waiting for me to return which is why i pre order and pick up when “supposed to be ready”
Amazing friendly staff!!! but everything else is terrible. Almost always understaffed in rush hours so I have to wait 30 mins to an hour for an EXPRESS order. If your walking in expect to wait hour or 2. They have good deals sometimes some other locations have way better pricing.

You can expect no one in the front to check you in at all times of the day. Long holds, lines & the waiting room is ALWAYS packed. Seems like they are either understaffed or just don’t care to help people.. one of the two. Staff is polite.. just know that if you’re in a rush. You can expect several minutes waiting to be checked in and assisted even if you have an express pick up.
