Trulieve Orlando Millenia Dispensary

This is the best location – Great people and so knowledgeable -whenever I go, they’re helpful and polite. When I have an ahead order, it’s always ready & if not, I’m always given the time I need to choose & have any questions answered. Mitch is the best at listening and making suggestions… knows his stuff! They work overtime here to satisfy your needs. The product is top-notch, prices and sales are usually good too.

Edit 2/25/25: I came back again and everyone was absolutely amazingly nice. I never got the name of one of the guys working there, but he’s one of my new favorite people. Product still tastes ok, but no big deal, it got the job done. I gave it one more star for this. But not much more. Not sure why this is the only place that advertises discounts you never get.. (all other places you do get them)

I just got my card Saturday and shopped the same day at this location. This is my first time buying here in Florida, so I went in with a million questions. I have zero clue what I’m doing.
When I entered no one was at the front, so I waited. The girl who greeted me was nice. She ended up getting another girl to help me, since she was busy. The girl was nice, but absolutely the most useless person when it comes to help. She got all my information and pulled it up and her computer, after that, she just stood there staring and smiling at me. Not saying a single word. Just smiling. Look, I’ve been that high before where you can’t say a word but are just so happy. But helping someone was pointless. I asked her what I do now and she said “pick something” and pointed at a computer screen that was off. We had to figure out how to turn it on and what I needed. So I just started getting random stuff (glad it was all free) and hoped they would work for my condition. Because the chick I got was useless and stuck on stoner.
Now their products. I completely see why they are called the Walmart of dispensaries. Everything smells like hay, some of what I got wasn’t what I asked her for and it’s as dry as dry gets (I got better off the streets in the 90s).
Overall, this place is like your last resort guy. They always have cheap product and are around the corner. But you use them only in a pinch. I’m sure I’ll be back, but only because I’m being lazy and they are the closest.

They accept your delivery order for next day delivery and then push it out THREE DAYS. I received ZERO notification and had to call to check on the status of my delivery. I’m traveling tomorrow, and now I’m completely screwed. Worst Trulieve location ever.
