Every time I come to this location it’s always so tasteless, no one ever speaks and it’s very dull. Sometimes I have questions but I won’t even ask because of the energy in the room. Last time specifically I went I dealt with Lucia I believe her name was. Shorter heavy set woman, I get greeted and checked in by the front attendant but when I get to her she hold her hand out for my ID, no hello no nothing. Ask what do you need, I tell her , at the very end she just says 78. So I’m like huh? She repeats herself again, 78 with a serous face as if she doesn’t want to repeat herself. So I’m just like Ok whatever , I pay and to conclude I never got asked if I needed anything else or if I had any questions. It’s just buy and leave. I shop at Cookies in Orlando ALOT and I have to tell you the prices the deals the service and everything in between is so remarkable. Please don’t waste your time effort and heard earned money with people who do t give a shit about you. Trulieve hires ANYONE and I really mean anyone. So it’s better to go somewhere that you know your gonna get really treated well and taken care off. Might be because I’m black idk but it’s everytime I come to this Trulieve. Would absolutely not recommend you come here and instead take that extra 30 min drive down to Lee road and get treated correctly with flower that will leave you mind blown. Nick is truly one of a kind! He saved me so much time and money. This location is by far my favorite—every time I visit, I feel welcomed and never rushed. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers. Nick went above and beyond, leaving me with a huge smile on my face. Exceptional service!
